This is a complete Deming legal (599cc) open engine, ready to go. Has about 12 races total on long block and 4 on the injection. I've gone over 50 nights on a Honda- very durable engine. Always run with the finest Bardahl synthetic, never got it hot, never washed down. Great for someone who wants to run the open class competitively, but can't afford a $10k time bomb.
Seros built Honda long block- light crank, 2 gear trans, high compression. Does have charging system (bolt-on flywheel takes about 5 min to pull if you want to go total loss)
Mocal external oil cooler with braided lines. No sympathy for guys who scatter engines on stock oil coolers
EFI by FTZ: R6R throttle bodies, FTZ Air box, FTZ's own custom velocity stack actuation. (With wiring tweaks and reflash, this system could be used on Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawi as well- no hard parts are altered to fit Honda)
PE3 ECM & FTZ scratch built harness using all new components - no places for gremlins to hide
FTZ 4-2-1 header with short collector & Deming legal muffler. Primaries & muffler have 4 races
Engine plates for PMP/TripleX style chassis
Injection was tuned on this engine @ FTZ this spring (Jon can confirm). I can also share snapshots of dyno comparison showing this motor made more HP than their POWRi 636 Honda on carbs. Over $5k spent getting injection set up. Sold my car and Katie isn't interested in the open class.
