Hey guys! Sorry I have been able to get this months minutes up, life has kind of gotten away from me. But here ya go:)
2/4/2013-NWMSA MEETING
Treasury Report-Currently @ 0 (Deposit hasn't been made)
Previous Minutes were accepted unanomously.
Old Business-
Make sure to sign up for your 50/50 selling date, or a day will be assigned for you.
Pay-out checks are still available if you haven't grabbed your's already.
New Business-
New rule book for 2014 is now available online.
You can now pay your 2014 registration dues! (20 for a stall, 40 for membership)
It was brought up about possibly compiling driver info and creating a program, we would like your input on that.
All forms (like minor release and tax forms for payout) are available online. If the minor release form is signed away from the racetrack, it must be notarized.
Our next meeting will be held Tuesday March 4th @ 7 in the Mount Vernon Round Table Pizza, be sure to be there!
