Best bet would be taking the Conway exit and going to Highway 9 all the way to Deming

Traffic has been flowing amazing past the Burlington/Mt. Vernon Detour. There is a Bridge just a few hundred yards away from I-5 its also four lanes I have been by a couple times last night and today and you wouldn't even know the difference. But yes Hwy 9 is a great travel route
