After last weeks 600R A main starting 20 cars and 9 of them being rookies. Would it not be better to run a 16 car A main. 1st 12 from the heats and then 4 from the B main.
We only ran 14 laps and it took a half hour. I think with the high number of rookies run a 10 or 12 lap B main. It would give all of the drivers more seat time.
I will talk to Paul about this. I know Paul is always open to ideas and suggestions and in the end he wants to put on a great show. I think we all realize that the 600 restricted main last week didn't go as anyone wished it had but having said that it was week 1 and some of that is to be expected. Hopefully some of the rust is shaken off and we can see things improve either way.

Yes I agree that 20 cars for a bunch of kids is going to be pretty kaotic. It showed last friday. Of course I have seen mains in all classes happen that way. Maybe they did shake some rust out still think a B might be in order.
I just think it would be a better show, Better for the kids that have been racing for a while and better for the rookies to be able to get more seat time so they can make the A main when they pick up speed.
