At last nights meeting we began to collect 2011 Membership Dues and Pit Stall Fee's.  The cost for your member dues is once again $40.00 and pit stall is $10.00.

I've been warned that Pit Stalls and Pit Stall assignments is the most difficult and challenging part of being a Board Member.  In years past we have drug it out and it has complicated the problem.

If you purchased a pit stall last year you will have the ability to retain that spot if you purchase it again this year but you must purchase your pit stall by the end of the March 1st meeting.

If you are unable to make the meeting and would like to pay for your pit stall and membership dues make your check payable to:  NMSA and mail your payment to me at:

Plesae make sure that you indicate that you would like the same pit stall as last year if that is the case.  There are very limited number of open stalls available as most are purchased. 

Also, if you know you will not be purchasing a pit stall, and you had purchased one last year (i.e. your not racing anymore or aren't going to be there on a regular basis) then please send me an email letting me know that you will not be purchasing a pit stall in 2011.  Please send email to:  ksmauck@comcast.net 

I think it is worth mentioning that if you purchase a pit stall and do not show up for several weeks in a row, your pit stall will in all likelihood be filled and you will have little recourse.  Pit stalls should only be purchased by those that intend on making the majority of the races.
