Am a former driver/car owner/crew chief in the WMRA. Past season worked for Snake Livernash finishing 2nd place in pts. 3 fast times in 10 races and 80% top 5 finishes. Brian Olson, USAC National midget driver also drove for us in 2005 & 2006.
Have availible a 2005 Beast w/ Esslinger XT. Former top notch winning car of Matt Stone.
Needs a driver next year. WMRA runs on saturdays. Many changes are coming to the WMRA next season including a dirt series as well. Also a potential 5 race mini series at a great track is in the works which could allow for a transition period in a pavement racing experience. The key to this inquiry younger drivers is the club is considering changes in age for driver as well as dropping the emanicipation requirements. Announcements will be forthcoming soon via the WMRA website. The club is also in process of scheduling play days in the near furture as well both pavement and dirt.
Will respond to all interested parties and review resumes. The search if for a unique combination of Talent/Experience/Committment/Sponsorship/Funding will be required and professionally evaluated to select a driver. Please contact via email w/ your information at rwfhomes@gmail.com.
Brian Olson won races those two years with us here in WMRA..... along w/ track records that stillstand at Ephrata & Yakima.... BCRA.... track records there too.. and we won in CA with USAC at Stockton. After he moved on to Indiana... he is also now a USAC National winner. We think we could offer a nice program to the right candidate. :)
If someone out there has a good dirt midget without a motor.... looking to go the Chili Bowl... we should talk. There is still enough time to make that happen if someone is motivated. :)
