Clay Cup Tire Rule Clarification....

I'd like to clarify the tire rule for clay-cup with regards to the 1200 class.  The clay cup page states a minimum compound of an American Racer SD33 & equivalent Hoosier is required on the right-rear.  The current 1200 rules, however, allow a Hoosier RD12.  Can somebody clarify that the RD12 will be legal for Clay-Cup in the 1200 class?

yes the RD12 will be legal for Clay Cup
