rules for the clay cup

Are the rules for the clay cup gonna be changed any.  Because i have got a 600cc multi motor and i really want to make the trip out there and i dont have a stock motor to run.  If i would come it would be a very long trip.  I would be coming all the way from Nothern Indiana.  It would be a long haul and to get there and not be able to race would be a bummer.  So if any one would help me out that would be great.

well rules are rules..... no exceptions should be made because then it would be unfair to everyone else running a stock 600....
