Veteran Chris Cash of Centerville Idaho captured the 600 Pro main in the season opener at O.M.C. Speedway in Boise Idaho. Cash, last season's 600 track champion was followed in 2nd place by Boise driver Rob Grice and Middleton's Sid Fuller captured 3rd place. Cash also set the pace in qualifing with a 10.532(Grice 10.557,Fuller 10.573,M.Jackson 10.600) 600 Main Event>1.Chris Cash 2.Rob Grice 3.Sid Fuller 4.Cam Sinsel 5.Tyler Bailey 6.Mike Jackson 7.Gavin Marron 8.Larry Joiner 9.Al Savola. Austin Hager was unable to make the starting Grid. Ryan Weiderich of Meridian captured the win in the 600 Sportsman Class. Former Outlaw Kart driver, Johnny Giesler of Meridian, took 1st in the 250 Pro main in the car formerly driven by Randy Peirce. Giesler was followed in 2nd by Calvin Wakefield, with Toby Robbibs in 3rd. Steve Pearson was the main event winner in the 250 Sportsman Class.(O.M.C. Results, Sid)
