Thank you all for being so concerned about me.Ive heard a few different stories about how bad the wreck was. I havent gotten to see the video yet, and I cant speak for you, but from where I was sitting, I remember coming out of the corner, feeling (not seeing) the wall, being drug through the parking lot, someone (I think Dave Saddler) having me wiggle my toes, and I remember seeing Jerrod and hearing he had to go or hed be late for his race. After that its a bit foggy till the hospital. They put me right into a room and neck brace and, eventually, took me to the X-ray room where they X-rayed from my hips up. After that bit of discomfort, I was taken to get a cat scan on my head. Once I was back to my room, everyone made me feel so great by breaking the One Visitor Per Patient rule. Not even 15 minutes after Id been put back into my room, they took me to get X-rayed again. After about 45 minutes, they said the X-rays came back fine, even thought they didnt let us see them, and about 30 minutes after that, (they had to send the cat scans to Australia) they came in and said the cat scans were fine as well. I just have a really bad concussion and an in and out memory. The most annoying part is when I blink and my eyes go criss cross before straitening out! The wonderful, ever caring V-Bee Racing Team is putting my car back together (the car wasnt the worst part) and we are switching the steering out. (Steering is what broke coming out of the corner, promise I didnt just drive into the wall!) Well, Ill be back out on Friday and ready to go!!See ya then!!THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED!!!!!!
Hey Victoria, Hope you are doing well! When I seen you on Saturday you were still out of it. But I hope to see you at Deming on friday!! Get well soon! ~ Tayler Dougherty 12T
Tory, The Sinner family racing is glad to hear you just got your bucket rattled. Are you running with a Hutchin's devise? If not, we have Miss Natalie's old one and Scott can make arrangements.
