Well I went on NW Race Talk, and I couldn't create a membership, so I'll just post it here. There were some posts about racing as one of the Outlaw drivers, and I figured out how to do that. On the Arcade menu, at the bottom, there is an option if you press the Y button, you can choose what car you want to be. Just wanted everyone who got the game to know...
