Motion To Accept December 2011 Meeting Minutes:

Unfinished Business-
            1. Wicker Bill Rule
                        Final decision = Leave rule as is
            2. Throw-Out Race -
                        Final decision = No throw-out race
            3. 600 and Restricted Tire Rule-
                        Final decision = Leave rule as is
                        P.S. Hoosiers only!
            4. 600R Driver In-Car Adjustment Rule-
                        Final decision = Leave rule as is (only brake bias and wing slider allowed)
            5. 600R Fuel Injection-
                        Final decision = Fuel injection will be allow. More specifics to follow.
            6. 600 Weight Rule-
                        Final decision = To weigh 775lbs everything must be stock (stroke/bore ect.) 
                        except top end. If youre motor has not been teched/tagged to prove stock you
                        must weigh 800lbs.
            7. Bumper Rule-
                        Final decision = Run whatever you want
            8. Jr Sprint Weight Rule-
                        Final decision = Now that there is only one motor (Briggs) in the Jr class all cars
                        must weigh 400lbs.
                        P.S. Brad must tech every KK Jr motor!
            9. 1200 Motor Rule -
                        Final decision = At least one rod must be stock. Remaining rods can altered to
                        match stock rod.

New Business-
            1. Congratulations to Brock Lemley for winning two golden drillers at the 2011 Tulsa
            shootout!
            2. Aaron Fell did not receive points fund check-
                        It was unsure if he payed his membership dues for 2011
                        Club to decide if he shall receive check without proof of payment
                        Final club decision = Aaron will NOT receive points fund check
            3. Pre-season Tech-
                        Dates soon to be posted on Deming website
            4. 2012 Membership Dues and Pit Stall Payment
                        We are now taking money for next season. You will be able to pay for your dues
                        and pit stall at the next meeting.
                        People who have already payed for 2012:
                                    Westmoreland, Mauck, Engler, Abenroth, Crum, Hammer, Lindquist,
                                    and Perkins

5. Starting this season the club will be offering mugs, buttons, and bags ect personalized
    with a picture of your driver. H2H is donating the photo services! Orders will be
    available at the souvenir stand.
