Last year just prior to and during Speedweek in June several of us went down to Cottage Grove and raced on Saturday and then again on Monday. For those that went down we felt like we had one of the best racing weekends ever!
For those that say a 1/4 mile track is too big for Micro Sprints, I think you should go try it before you jump to that conclusion. It was awesome racing and I never touched the rev limit once!
This year Brian Crockett has once again invited us down to race on Saturday June 11th as well as Monday June 13th.
Last year we hung out and camped at the track and had a hell of a good time. The payout was and probably will again be, 100% of our entry fee's.
I would like to get 12 600's to go down so if your interested, (I know it's early but I'd rather pre-plan), let me know.
If your a 1200 and interested let me know as well and if we get enough I will see if they can fit you into the program or maybe we can race together like we do at skagit.

P.S. The fans down their absolutely loved us!

Kelly,
I'd be interested in taking the 1200 down, if we could get some other guys to tow-down. A 1/4 mile is well suited for 1200's.
Thanks,
Eric Turner

I'm definitely in.. Haven't seen the full speedweek schedule- any chance of a Tuesday show at Lebanon?
For those who haven't been there, the track feels like a wide Hannegan. Lots of room to move around, and several good lines through the corner.

It is my understanding that Lebanon (Willamette Speedway) is not on or a part of this years Speedweek Schedule and I have yet to hear back from Willamette so I am operating under the assumption that we will not be running at Willamette.

I guess that's my bad on the Speedweek... I only repeated what Brian Crockett had said. How about Prelude to Dirt Cup! And are you in for Cottage Grove Randy?
