Are there already dates reserved for this years Banquet?

Are we going to have tickets for sale at the track before the season is over? 
How much are tickets going to be?

Banquet tickets will be on sale starting this weekend. Come to the beer garden after the races! Tickets are $40, and banquet is November 20th in Mount Vernon at the CottonTree Inn.

Apparently our group isnt set up for the rooms. I just called in to book my room and they dont have our group listed.

I will call them tomorrow.  I talked to them 2 weeks ago and we were getting a cheaper rate and we would all try to be on one floor in the same area.  Technically it is not called a "group discount" but in theory it is the same thing except everyone can book the rooms themselves instead of the club booking all the rooms.  I will let you know tomorrow.
